Founded in 2018 by Faris Yassine, ALNOUR Construction Management LLC is a Jordan-based project and construction management firm providing Owner-focused management services across the full project lifecycle.
We bring together consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers around a clear delivery strategy tailored to each project. From focused refurbishment and fit-out assignments to complex multimillion-dollar developments, ALNOUR combines disciplined management, technical understanding and transparent communication to protect our clients' objectives.
We can engage at any stage of a project—from early planning, design coordination and procurement through construction, handover and close-out—with a clear focus on time, cost, quality and effective coordination.

MANAGING PARTNER'S BIO
Faris Yassine
FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Faris Yassine is a Mechanical Engineer and construction management professional with more than two decades of international and regional project experience. After earning his Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech, Faris began his professional career with Clark Construction Group in the United States, contributing to major residential, industrial and government projects. He subsequently served as a site engineer on the US$250 million Automated People Mover project at Washington Dulles International Airport.
Since relocating to Amman in 2008, Faris has played key roles in the successful delivery of major developments in Jordan, including the approximately US$200 million Qatrana Cement Plant and US$170 million Amman Rotana Hotel. His combined U.S. and regional experience shapes ALNOUR's management philosophy: hands-on leadership, disciplined project oversight, technical rigor, commercial awareness and effective coordination from strategy through handover.
